Steps to making your basement habitable for activities by your family:
A. Vented Steel Wall is built around the exterior concrete wall creating a 3 1/2 inch air chamber.
B. Insulation is installed to freeze line of your basement and 1 inch of styrofoam on the concrete.
C. Basement Breather is installed in sump pump or utility area and attached to the wall vent.
D. Dens Armour Plus Wallboard is installed on the wall.
E. Two Grill Air Vents are installed on the walls as indicated above.
G. Basement Vreather pulls air from the basement, fresh air is forced to the basement from upstairs.
F. Basement Breather is set to come on automatically 2 to 4 times a day for 30 minutes.
This completes the fresh air transfer making your basement
